Unfortunately due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. The best way to know if you enjoy a scent is to order samples to burn around your home. Please get in touch to receive and order the samples of the scents you'd like to try. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, through sending you out a new product or refunding you for your original purchase.

You have 48 hours to let us know of any damage or issues, upon receiving your order. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your issue. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
