Shipping policy

At current, our turn around time for shipping your items is up to 5 business days.

Our postal boxes (for wax melts) go standard untracked with Royal Mail and your small parcels (for candles) are standard tracked with Royal Mail. 

Once your parcel leaves our premises we are unable to provide you with further shipping information and you should refer to your tracking number. Should you wish pay for first class or next day delivery please get in touch and we will be happy to arrange this for you.
